Dashboards

Dashboards provide metric visualisations for your entities. They are built on Grafana and rendered inline in the app.

Opening a dashboard

  1. Go to Observability in the top navigation
  2. Select a scope: All entities or a specific entity
  3. Select a time range: Last 1h, 6h, 24h, or 7 days
  4. Choose a dashboard from the list

Dashboards are grouped by entity type. Only dashboards relevant to your selected entity type are shown.

Scope and time range

  • All entities — shows aggregated data across all entities of the same type
  • Specific entity — scoped to a single WordPress site or Vault cluster
  • Time range — controls the window displayed in the dashboard

Setting a default dashboard

Each entity can have a default dashboard — the one that opens automatically when you navigate to Observability.

To set a default:

  1. Open a dashboard in Observability
  2. Click Set as default next to the dashboard name

The default is per-entity.

Plan requirements

Some dashboards require a specific plan tier. These are labelled with a tier badge in the dashboard list. Dashboards on a higher tier are visible but locked — upgrade your subscription to unlock them.

Dashboard availability

Dashboards are pre-built for each entity type:

  • WordPress — authentication, PHP errors, performance, cron health, database stability
  • Vault — access patterns, secret operations, authentication methods, policy activity

Dashboards are updated as new metrics and signals are added to Logystera. No configuration is needed on your side — new dashboards appear automatically.
